Consultation: During your in-person or Zoom meeting consultation, we will curate food ideas with you, based upon our menus and/or from your specific ideas and wishes.

Schedule your in-house tasting: which will take place at our Coastal Market Sampling Table.

Tasting: You’ll meet our team at our Coastal Market in Cocoa Beach, to taste, discuss and plan your menu from our chef’s creations proposed for your event.

Select your menu: Choose your event menu, confirm your date, sign our contract, and provide your deposit. As the all-important event draws nearer, we are available for you to call at anytime.

“All systems Are Go For Launch”- 21 days before your event, we will talk with you to re-confirm all the details of your event.

Final Payment & Launch: Payment is made 14 days prior to your event. Our professional management team, along with our friendly, enthusiastic staff, will serve your guests with the food, beverages and services we agreed upon.
